WaPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of WaPilot (the browser extension, the website and the related services), provided by WaPilot. By buying a license or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

WaPilot is a customer-relationship tool that runs inside WhatsApp Web in your browser. It stores your CRM data (contacts, deals, notes, tasks, follow-ups and similar records) on our servers so it is available on every browser you activate. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Your account and license

3. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and in line with WhatsApp's own terms and policies. In particular you must not use it to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to store data you have no right to process. The extension never sends messages on its own: you review and send every message and you are responsible for what you send.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the service. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details and for honouring their requests (the extension includes export and erase tools). See our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

6. Third-party services

Optional features connect to services you choose, such as Razorpay (payment links), Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho and an AI provider. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. WhatsApp may change WhatsApp Web at any time, which can temporarily affect the extension; we will work to restore it promptly.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce the features of a plan during a period you have already paid for.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost sales or actions taken by WhatsApp on your account), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
